WHY SELF-MONITORING MATTERS

Understanding your glucose changes your decisions.

When you understand how your body responds, every day-to-day decision makes more sense.

01

Response to food

Discover which foods raise your glucose and which keep it stable. What works for one person may not work the same way for another.

02

Impact of exercise

Movement has a direct effect on glucose. Seeing that relationship in real data changes the motivation to keep moving.

03

Habits and trends

Small changes sustained over time have a measurable impact. Continuous monitoring is what makes it possible to see that — and maintain it.
