How many finger pricks will I need with GLUCUBE?
The initial calibration requires at least 10 capillary measurements. Once the initial calibration is complete, the device continues to work with each new reference value you enter. The more values you provide, the more context it has to offer you a more complete reading. This is especially recommended if there are changes in your habits, weight, or medication. You must confirm with a glucose meter any out-of-range values or before making any treatment decision prescribed by your doctor.

Why does GLUCUBE need calibration?
Calibration adjusts how the device operates for each individual according to the intended procedure. It is required for the device to function correctly.
What happens if I don't renew my subscription?
Without an active subscription, no new measurements can be recorded with GLUCUBE, although your complete history is retained.
Is it covered by public health insurance?
No. GLUCUBE is a direct-sale device with no public health coverage.
Can I share my results with my doctor?
Yes. GLUCUBE PANEL allows your healthcare professional to access your history remotely and in real time, with your authorisation. They will need a professional account on GLUCUBE, which they can create directly at: https://panel.glucube.com/en/welcome/login
Does the device work with all smartphones?
GLUCUBE APP is available for iOS and Android with Bluetooth enabled.
Can I change or cancel my subscription plan?
Yes, you can change your plan or cancel your subscription from GLUCUBE PANEL at any time and without penalty. Any change or cancellation must be made before the renewal date.
What warranty does GLUCUBE come with?
